Problem:
March 13th 11:30pm 1217ah Stream of water pouring out through the weephole. They did a stage while waiting on the plugs. March 14th 7:20 am going to set a retrievable. Had to wait on plugs March 14th one of the new valves was leaking. Swap it out 4:30am the valves tested good This is the 1217, not the 1218

Troubleshooting:
Broke down all the valves at the shop. All 4 had very little grease in the bodies but had a lot of sand. 3 of the 4 valve bodies were washed out and will need machine work.
Reason:
We are not getting enough grease in the valve bodies. We need to see what the reason is for that.
Solution:
Gene went to location and talked to the supervisors about greasing the valves. He also made sure they were following our greasing procedures and that we are greasing often enough.
