Troubleshooting:
David Davila [12:29 AM] @JD Vasquez on the way be there in a hour JD Vasquez [12:33 AM] 10 4 Thanks David David Davila [1:56 AM] Leaving location, bleeder tool dropped off Gene's phone is down. Call ryan if you need Gene David Mckim [6:55 AM] Whos on location for Callon right now. Rick just called wanting to know whats going on Tony Rodriguez [6:59 AM] They were wking on getting the bottom master closed. Only got 26 turns on it earlier tonight. When we left, it was just about closed all the way. Tony Rodriguez [7:02 AM] No sir. We wked on it. Then company man decided to grease everything, so we did. Needed a bleed off tool to flush valve. The one we had out there washed out when we flushed it couple days ago. So we did another frac and wireline. Just started wking on it again at shift change David Mckim [7:06 AM] Zeke said he washed out that bleeder tool too. He said he got it all the way closed and get get it all the way open now. He needs another bleeder tool so he can hook up and flush with the test pump. @zekego.1994 get with company man and explain what we need to do to make sure there isn't an issue doing that. We need to make sure we have another valve ready. @Ryan @gene He needs 3 bleeder tools. 2) to flush the valve and a spare David Mckim [9:42 AM] @zekego.1994 Rick is wanting to know what we think of that valve. If we think we are going to keep having problems with it then we need to stack another valve on top before were fucked and have to set a plug or even worse it wont open at all. FYI hes picking up the engineer at the airport and hes going out there
Reason:
Zeke Ramirez [10:30 AM] Got the valve open believe we have trapped pressure in there I have extra bleeder tools on stand bye if we can save this valve as our emergency and keep from functioning to much and grease with lubricator on I’m confident we won’t have anymore problems, frac is about to start pumping down hole
