Troubleshooting:
Frac is doing an injection test on 1218 was told to stay clear of zippers until test is over still need to take off cylinder wall to get to the piston what I was able to see was that the nut that holds the operating stem the threads were sheared not able to inspect the actual stem itself to see if the threads are decent on it. Spoke with Billy this morning he is bringing out backup seals, nut for operating stem, and extra operating stem just to be on the safe side will update as soon as anything changes Gene - Had JD Check the manifold pressure on the accumulator it was at 1650, informed him that those JMP max pressure is at a 1000 He’s gonna set it at 900 and see if that helps the issue with seal busting Billy - Not seals. Nut came off piston
Reason:
The nut came of of the hydraulic cylinder.
Solution:
I talked to the shop and made sure that they are tightening the nut on the hydraulic cylinder. We should apply the locktite on the nut as well.
